Privacy policy

This page describes the data processed during your visit to sagrada-familia.eu and the rights you have over it. The data controller is Adventures Capital LLC, whom you can reach by contacting us.
What we do not collect
This site has no accounts, no forms, no newsletter and no comment section. We never ask for your name, your email address or your payment details. Ticket purchases take place entirely on our ticketing partner's site.
Audience measurement
We use Plausible Analytics, an audience measurement tool hosted in the European Union, which sets no cookies and collects no data that could identify you. The aggregated statistics — page views, country, device type, referring site — are used only to understand how the site is being read.
We also use Umami, open-source audience measurement software that we host ourselves, on the server that hosts this site: the data is not passed on to any third party. Umami does not set cookies either. For each page view, it receives the page address and title, the referring site, the browser language and the screen size. Your IP address and browser information are used to derive the country, browser and device type, and to compute an anonymous identifier that changes every month: visitors are thus counted without being recognised from one month to the next. The IP address is not stored. The resulting statistics serve the same purpose as those from Plausible.
Umami also records a few actions on the page, with no identifier: clicks through to Tiqets booking pages (where the link sits, the product, and how far ahead the chosen date is), the dates and ticket tabs selected, and the FAQ questions opened.
Umami also receives, with no identifier, where the visit came from (search engine, advert, referring site), the sections of the page reached, technical measurements of how fast the page displays, and any errors in the booking module.
Google Tag Manager
The site loads Google Tag Manager, a tag manager that may fire measurement tools, including Google Ads conversion tags. These tools set cookies and use identifiers that allow Google to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. The data is processed by Google Ireland Limited under its privacy policy. These tags load as soon as the page opens. You can object by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, or by turning off ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com.
Ticketing: Tiqets
The booking buttons link to Tiqets. The link carries a partner identifier and a campaign identifier, which allow the platform to credit us with the commission. It also indicates where your visit came from: a search engine, a social network, another site, a direct visit or a Google ad. In that last case, it carries the identifier Google assigned to the click. This tells us where sales come from. This origin is kept in your browser until you close the tab, without any identifier. None of these elements contains your name, email address or bank details. Once on their site, the processing of your data is governed by Tiqets' privacy policy.
Server logs
Like any website, our host records technical logs — IP address, page requested, date and time, browser — needed for the security and proper operation of the service. They are kept for a limited time and are not used commercially.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise it, you can contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
